Does anyone know who manufactured the original moog modular patchcords(1/4")? Are these still available? Suitable replacement?

The original modular patchcords were made from scratch at the Trumansburg plant. Later, we bought pre-assembled patchcords with molded plugs. I may be wrong, but I'm pretty sure we got them from Switchcraft. I see Switchcraft has a website and still sells patchcords with 1/4" phone plugs.
