Good day, folks. I was directed over here after a recent burst of discussion about the SL-8 on Matrixsynth (prior to this, I didn't know that MoogArchives.com had a forum). Question: does anyone know if the schematics and/or source code for the SL-8 still exist, and if so, is it possible to get copies of them? I'm asking because analyzing 1980s DCO designs is becoming an interest of mine (hardly anyone seems to look at DCO circuits anymore). Ultimately, if I could gather enough information, I'd like to try to re-create the SL-8 DCO and harmonic generator in Csound. Let me emphasize that this is not for a commercial product; it's simply for my own interest, and a blog post or two.
