There are 3 things that could cause the problem - the power supply drifting, the pedal board not calibrated to correct Volt/octave, or most likely the VCO has drifted so the scaling is set wrong.

Running at a 230V setting on 220V mains won't be a problem, and you should change the mains fuse, I think the fuse current rating is printed on the label on the machine. |
